Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; for US customers, return shipping is completely on us.
Package Your Pair
Place your Base Frames and Top Frames in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package off at the designated carrier location; once received, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 7-10 business days.
